The cooking classes are usually held in the morning at our restaurant and last about two hours.
They can be single or in groups, up to a maximum of four people at a time.
The topic of the lesson is agreed in advance with the Chef.
For the duration of the course, each student will receive an apron and a hat.
A note pad will also be provided on which participants can write down recipes, techniques and curiosities.
The courses are held in Italian. If a translator is required, we ask the students or the applicant to communicate it when registering.
In the event that the student has the pleasure of doing more lessons, personalized packages will be created ad hoc according to his needs.
The indicated price is per person.
